Nearby to malls & ferry terminal but hotel need more work.

Near to everywhere, indoor pool and good breakfast spread.. the hotel decorations & live music at the lobby is good.

The room floors are really dirty, the room feel dusty too. Ask the room service to re-clean the room again and it's still dusty. Abit outdated and rusty everything in the room, need to renovate the whole hotel if possible.

STAYING EXPERIENCE AT AP PREMIER BATAM

Firstly.....the ambience of the lobby hotel look like first class hotel....and it look very soothing and calming atmosphere....secondly....the staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful....last but not least....the facilities like gym and swimming pool is quite enjoyable.....plus kind of surprise that while walking to my hotel room, the corridor walkway was very clean and air is very fresh....

The toilet door in my hotel room was the only defect as there a gap in between....as it not look good as people like if my guest that came my room and want to use the toilet, they would feel not safe.....

Dated but clean and spacious.

Quite spacious room and clean hotel.

Room and hotel are a bit dated, pool as well however it's sheltered so kids can swim whether rain or shine. Slightly pricey for properties in Batam.

my overall experience at Hotel AP Premiere was wonderful.

The hotel itself provided a comfortable and pleasant environment. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, offering all the essential amenities I needed during my stay. The housekeeping staff ensured that the room was cleaned regularly.

the laundry prices offered by the hotel. Comparatively, they were slightly higher than what I have experienced in other hotels. concern about having only two elevators for a large number of rooms. Assigning elevators based on floor numbers, such as odd and even rooms, can be a practical suggestion to help distribute elevator usage more evenly. This approach can potentially reduce congestion and waiting times for guests. 1. Divide the rooms into odd and even floor numbers. 2. Assign one elevator to serve only the odd-numbered floors and another elevator to serve even-numbered floors. 3. Clearly label the elevators and provide clear instructions to guests regarding which elevator they should use based on their room number. 4. Consider having signage on each floor to remind guests about the corresponding elevator for their floor. By implementing this system, it can help optimize elevator usage and improve the efficiency of transportation within the building.

Value for money and good location!

Room was spacious and clean. Basic facilities available and in working order. Absolutely loved the breakfast area with the 'made to order' noodles/rice section, the highlight of my stay! There's also a convenience store just opposite the hotel for late night munchies. Good location to Nagoya shopping area too.

Room wasn't very sound proof so you can hear when people walk past the corridor or talk.

Overall it was ok. Breakfast spread really good! We love the breakfast. We also tried to order in room and food was nice

Facilities all were old and need update. Altho its old but it is still comfortable. Received complimentary shuttle pickup and fro to the ferry terminal.

I have to ask for change of fridge as it was not cold at all. The floor was super duper dirty and make our foot very black. I did request for the hotel to come and do another 1 more time to mop the floor but the way they mop also just so so. I have end up to use alot of wet tissue and the floor mat to clean the floor for another 2 times. The shower head kinda broken and water when everywhere in the toilet when we use for shower but still can be use for shower as the water pressure really strong. I book for 4 rooms. Most of my other family room received with new tv which have the Netflix and others but I received room with old tv.

One word to sum up our experience. Miserable.

Nothing to like. Room was dirty and small.

Staff were rude, unaccomodating and unhelpful. Due to this and many more, we checked out early and find another hotel to stay.

Overall stay was good with clean and spacious room. The swimming pool was on renovation.

Nice comfy bed with clean bathroom.

The tv has very poor viewing screen. Its very dark as good as you can't view the tv show. Some of the channel is not even there. Limited channel.

The staff are friendly and helpful! They also offer complimentary transport to nearby places.

The centralised aircon in the room doesnt cool the room, so it was hot all the time unless u sit directly on the wind direction.

Great experience. Comfy room. Professional and friendly staffs

After 1 and half hour ferry/ boat trip from Johor Bahru and 25 minutes "fast & furious" taxi ride from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, we were welcomed at the hotel with smiling faces of the hotel staffs and aromatic fragrance of lemongrass that immediately sooth away our headache and tiredness. Comfortable room. Professional and friendly staffs. The breakfast is very nice with friendly and efficient banquet staffs.

If we may suggest the hotel on the followings: 1) To do periodical maintenance on the rooms particularly the bathroom. 2) To provide shuttle transportations to the main attraction in Batam City e.g. Nagoya Hills and Grand Batam Mall. The hotel only provided transportation to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Perhaps the hotel would also consider to provide transportation to the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal.

Good location, clean but old. Make sure you get the room that you have booked on Booking.com

Accessible and not far from the main shopping centres

i had purchased a family suite via Booking.com and when i checked in, i was given room 546, which totally not the room that was represented on the Booking.com website - it was so cramped, and instead of a proper room, there was a curtain separating the 2 rooms! I had to go to the reception to request the room change and was told by the counter staff that it photograph on the Booking.com website was not correct, even though I had verified the photo in Booking.com with a cleaning staff that it was indeed a family suite. After searching on the system, he was able to find me another family suite room that matched the photos on Booking.com.

THE FREE TRANSFER AND THE ONE WAY TRANFER TO THE NEARBY LOCATION

It was a nice experience overall.

The staff was very nice and accommodating to guests. Would like to mention the good service and hospitality of the Front desk and Housekeeping for being able to fulfill our needs. I liked that it uses a 3 pin plug so we do not need to get a converter.

The room was a bit dusty and it lacked certain amenities (ironing board, bathrobes) which maybe the hotel can look into when providing to future guests.

All is good especially the room only that the breakfirst is dissapointing.

The family room is very spacious...the bed is comfy..

The breakfirst is quite dissapointed. Not much variety and it doesnt taste good either. Sorry but this is my honest feedback. The chef should work it out better for customers
